Returns and Exchanges

We make everything to order so we try to minimise returns/ exchanges so if you need any guidance with sizing do let us know, happy to help! :)

We do understand that sometimes an item just isn't right for you. If that is the case and you would like a refund/ exchange please see below.

Refund/exchanges

- Returns/ exchanges are accepted within 14 days ( unless the item is a gift or over the Christmas period)

- Any returned garments must be unworn , unwashed and in perfect condition.

- Return postage is the customers responsibility unless agreed via email.

- We endeavour to reply to emails within 3 working days
